What are your opening hours?

SAMs average opening hours are from 10am – 9pm. If you are planning to visit us first or last thing, please contact us so we can make sure someone is there to assist you.

How much notice do I need to give to cancel or re-arrange a lesson?

7 days in most cases. Please see the ‘Terms and Conditions’ part of the website under the ‘contact’ heading.

What can I spend my SAM POUNDS on?

What happens in the event of bank holidays, will lessons still go ahead?

SAM lessons will always go ahead on bank holidays unless the student is notified. Please see the ‘Terms and Conditions’ part of the website under the ‘contact’ heading.

Can I pay for one lesson at a time?

SAM has a fixed booking of 4 lessons at SAM studios and a half term at schools, although you can start during the half term. Please see the ‘Terms and Conditions’ part of the website under the ‘contact’ heading.
